Abstract

Ushbu maqolada texnologik ta’lim jarayonida talabalarda ijodkorlik qobiliyatini shakllantirishning dolzarbligi yoritilgan. Global texnologik rivojlanish sharoitida ijodiy va innovatsion fikrlashga ega mutaxassislarga bo‘lgan ehtiyoj ortib borayotgani asoslab beriladi. Maqolada ijodkorlik tushunchasining mohiyati, uning texnologik ta’limdagi o‘rni hamda iqtisodiy rivojlanish, ijtimoiy barqarorlik va innovatsion taraqqiyotga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, loyiha asosida o‘qitish, fanlararo yondashuv, kollaborativ muhit va innovatsion infratuzilmalardan foydalanish orqali ijodkorlikni rivojlantirish strategiyalari taklif etilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari texnologik ta’limda ijodkorlikni rivojlantirish raqobatbardosh va innovatsion kadrlar tayyorlashning muhim omili ekanini ko‘rsatadi.
