SMART-TEXNOLOGIYALAR ASOSIDA TURISTIK INFRATUZILMA BOSHQARUVI

Ushbu maqolada smart-texnologiyalarni turistik infratuzilma boshqaruvi jarayonlariga joriy etishning nazariy asoslari, mexanizmlari va iqtisodiy samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Raqamli bronlash, IoT monitoring tizimlari, aqlli transport, raqamli marketing, virtual va qo‘shimcha reallik texnologiyalari kabi innovatsion yechimlarning turizm xizmatlari sifatiga, turistlar oqimi dinamikasiga va hududiy iqtisodiy rivojlanishga ta’siri empirik ma’lumotlar asosida baholangan. Korrelyatsion–regression tahlil natijalari smart-infratuzilmani joriy etish turizm xizmatlari hajmini oshirish, boshqaruv jarayonlarini optimallashtirish va turistlar tajribasini yaxshilashda muhim ahamiyat kasb etishini ko‘rsatadi. Maqolada smart-turizm modelini O‘zbekiston sharoitida joriy etishning ustuvor yo‘nalishlari ham yoritilgan. O‘zbekiston sharoitidagi amaliy imkoniyatlari tahlil etiladi. Smart-turizm konsepsiyasining shakllanishida sun’iy intellekt, IoT, Big Data, GIS, mobil ilovalar, VR/AR kabi texnologiyalarning servis jarayonlarini avtomatlashtirish, real vaqt monitoringini ta’minlash va turistlarga shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan xizmatlar ko‘rsatishdagi roli ochib beriladi. Adabiyotlar tahlili UNWTO, OECD, WTTC hamda Yevropa Ittifoqining Smart Tourism Initiatives tajribalariga tayangan holda smart-destinatsiyalarni boshqarishning zamonaviy yondashuvlarini yoritadi.
