Abstract

Maqolada boshlang‘ich ta’lim yo‘nalishida o‘qituvchi bo‘lib tayyorlanayotgan talabalarning mustaqil uslubiy ishi (MUI) ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan asoslanib, uni amaliyotga integratsiya qilish masalasi muhokama qilinadi. MUI kvazikasbiy topshiriqlar tizimi sifatida tavsiflanadi hamda kasbiy kompetentlikning to‘rt komponenti – kognitiv, amaliy-texnologik, qadriyat-motivatsion va refleksiv yo‘nalishlar bo‘yicha o‘lchanadigan o‘sishni ta’minlovchi mexanizm sifatida ko‘rsatiladi.

Maqolada, shuningdek, DigCompEdu ramkasi, YuNESKO/Teacher Task Force hisobotlari, OECD materiallari va O‘zbekistondagi huquqiy-strategik asoslar tahlil etiladi. Qiyosiy tahlil natijalariga tayanilgan holda, MUIni “Diagnose–Design–Deliver–Debrief” sikli, e-portfolio, VR-simulyatsiyalar va peer-review orqali tashkil etish samaradorligi, shuningdek, yuzaga kelishi mumkin bo‘lgan risklar (raqamli tengsizlik, fidbekning kechikishi) va ularning oldini olish choralari yuzasidan xulosalar beriladi.
