Maqolada bo‘lajak tarbiyachilarning kasbiy transversal kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirishning pedagogik xususiyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda transversal kompetensiyalar tushunchasi, ularning pedagogik jarayondagi o‘rni hamda zamonaviy ta’lim jarayonida ularga qo‘yiladigan talablar yoritilgan. Shuningdek, bo‘lajak tarbiyachilarning kommunikativ, tanqidiy fikrlash, muammolarni hal qilish, jamoada ishlash va innovatsion texnologiyalardan foydalanish qobiliyatlarini rivojlantirish metodlari o‘rganildi.
