OLIY TA’LIM MUASSASALARI RAHBARLARINING KREATIV KOMPETENSIYALARINI BAHOLASH: MEZONLAR VA KO‘RSATKICHLAR TIZIMI

Maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalari (OTM) rahbarlarining kreativ kompetensiyalarini obyektiv baholash uchun ilmiy asoslangan mezon va ko‘rsatkichlar tizimi taklif etiladi. Tizim Gilford va Torrensning divergent tafakkur nazariyasi, Kolbning eksperiensial ta’lim kontsepsiyasi hamda Amabilening komponentli ijodkorlik modeli sintezi asosida shakllantirilgan. Delphi metodi (15 ekspert), kontent validlik koeffitsienti (CVR), test-retest va ichki izchillik tahlillari orqali olti mezonli (kreativ tafakkur, innovatsion yo‘nalganlik, muammoni kreativ hal etish, kreativ liderlik, strategik kreativlik, kreativ kommunikatsiya) model ishlab chiqilib, uning ishonchliligi tasdiqlangan (Kronbax alfa = 0,81; r = 0,82). Natijalar O‘zbekiston OTMlarida boshqaruv kadrlarini diagnostika qilish va rivojlantirishda qo‘llanilishi mumkin.
