Abstract

O‘simlik anatomiyasi - o‘simlikning ichki tuzilishini ya’ni hujayra, to‘qima va organlar kesimida – ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qiladigan asosiy botanika yo‘nalishlaridan biri hisoblanadi. Mazkur sohaning shakllanishi mikroskopiyning paydo bo‘lishi hamda gistologik preparat tayyorlash texnikalarining (fiksatsiya, mikrotomiya, bo‘yash) standartlashuvi bilan bevosita bog‘liq. So‘nggi yillarda konfokal lazerli mikroskop, SEM va TEM kabi yuqori aniqlikdagi instrumental metodlar, shuningdek micro-CT texnologiyasining joriy etilishi o‘simlik organlari va to‘qimalarini yanada chuqurroq o‘rganish imkoniyatlarini kengaytirdi. Ushbu maqolada klassik va zamonaviy metodlar solishtirma tahlil asosida yoritilib, ularning amaliy samaradorligi, texnik murakkabligi, resurs talabi hamda ta’lim jarayonidagi qo‘llanish imkoniyatlari muhokama qilinadi. Umumiy xulosalarda metodlarni integratsiyalashgan tarzda qo‘llash o‘simlik anatomiyasini o‘qitish va ilmiy tadqiqotlarda eng maqsadga muvofiq yondashuv ekani asoslanadi.
